The Objectives of the Department:

  1. Conduct at least four research papers per year
  2. Providing 2 comprehensive strategic policy guidelines
  3. Continually improving the level of customer satisfaction

The Functions of the Department

The functions of the department are highlighted as below.

  • Policy Analysis - Budget memo, synthesis of global Experience, Financial Standards, Capital markets, Informal Sector
  • Corporate Planning - Strategic Planning, Performance Contract, Customer Satisfaction, Service Charter, IOPS
  • Research Function - Scheme Investment Returns, Surveys, Investment policies, Research Papers, Performance Measurements, Briefs and Speeches
  • Library Function - Administration. Records, Periodicals
  • Statistics Function - Membership Database, Investment Returns, Reporting Formats
