Pursuant to Section 55(3) of the Retirement Benefits Act, the Retirement Benefits Authority has drafted The Retirement Benefits (Anti- Money Laundering and Combating Financing of Terrorism) Guidelines and hereby invites the members of the public and, more particularly, the stakeholders in the retirement benefits sector to submit their views on the Draft Guidelines and participate in public participation fora.
The Authority has planned for virtual meetings on the 9th, 10th, 15th and 16th December 2020 from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. To attend a meeting, you may register by emailing email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
The Authority has also arranged for two (2) physical sessions for trustees and service providers in Nairobi on the 8th and 17th December 2020, scheduled to take place from 9.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. Schemes and service providers who wish to attend the sessions may register with email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to book their space.
