Pursuant to Section 55(3) of the Retirement Benefits Act, the Retirement Benefits Authority has drafted a Post-Retirement Medical Funds Regulations and hereby invites the members of the public and more particularly, the stakeholders in the retirement benefits sector to attend and participate in the public forums and submit their views as scheduled hereunder:

A copy of the draft regulations can be downloaded below. All meetings are scheduled to start at 8am to 5pm. Members of the public, Trustees, members of schemes, service providers and interested stakeholders are invited to participate in the forums by oral submissions or submit written proposals to [email protected] on or before 5th March 2023.
